Ron and Tacy Ashby have been married 36 years and have two adult Children and one Grandson with a Granddaughter due in early 2011. They have been attending Desert Springs for about 26 years.
Ron retired from Honeywell after 32 years and is now with Jet-Care International Inc. He an Arizona second generation native and is a graduate of Arizona State University as well Phoenix Seminary with a Master of Divinity in Biblical Communication. He spent time as an Elder before coming to Desert Springs and has served as a Deacon and Elder previously to this term at Desert Springs.
His outside interests include travel and scenic photography. He is currently training his St. Bernard Duke to obtain his Good Citizen and Therapy Dog International certifications so that they can do nursing home and hospital visitations together.
