Kirk Roles
Rae Ann my wife and I were born and raised in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1984. We have been married for almost 38 years. After serving a tour of duty in the U.S. Army I went to the University of Kentucky where I received my degree in Business Administration. I have worked my entire career in Human Resources and I have worked for Inventure Foods for the past 4 years as the Vice President of Human Resources. I am blessed to work for a company and a CEO who embrace our responsibility as a good corporate citizen. Of my various roles the one that I truly enjoy the most is driving our charitable giving and volunteering activities. We are actively involved as a company with UMON and the Watkins homeless shelter that they operate in Phoenix. In addition we are very involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix. We have also become involved as a company with the Palomino School where we have adopted classrooms at Christmas and support the food pantry.
We have been coming to Desert Springs for several years and are truly blessed to have found a church that embraces the truth of God’s word and exemplifies what Christ has called us to be. I have been on an usher team for the past four years and have had the privilege of getting to know many of the folks who attend DSBC. I have also had a chance to study the word here with several of the truly Godly men and women of the church. I have been involved with a Forum of Four for a few years and it has allowed me to grow in my knowledge and love for Christ. Rae Ann has been actively involved with the Palomino Food pantry for a couple of years and considers it a true blessing.
We sincerely appreciate the Pastoral staff and Worship Team and are inspired weekly by what God is doing here at Desert Springs. The many ministries and loving people of this church are living the mission of transforming lives for Christ.
