Gale Hollingsworth - Elder Gale HollingsworthI started following Jesus as Lord at age 6. Following my vocational dream, I earned an Electronic Engineering degree at the U of IL in 1968. A 34 year career with Motorola ensued, developing civil and military radio, data security, and GPS tracking systems. I moved from Illinois in 1978 with my wife Cheryl and two children to Desert Springs in its first year at Desert Cove School. Together, we have lead youth groups in Chicago and at DSBC and are now serving on the World Evangelism Council. I have previously served as a Deacon and Elder and for 8 years have been on the Board of Ameritribes, a Mexico/US Native church-planting mission. I administer Ameritribes’El Nathan Christian Camp in Flagstaff and am a liaison to Hardrock Community Church in the Navajo Nation. My family enjoys visiting missionaries in the field for encouragement and tech support and have been continuously active in small group ministries for  29+ years at DSBC.
